Supply Chain Planner - 6 months - Frimley - Negotiable Rate

A leading Pharmaceuticals client of Hyphen is looking for a Supply Chain planner to join their site based in Frimley, Surrey.

The ideal candidate will be highly experienced within Supply Chain planning and to have previously worked with GDA planning tool. Previously Supply Chain planning experience within a Materials or Pharmaceutical background is desirable.

Job Purpose:-
To engage best in class processes and tools to enable an optimised technical operation/supply chain to deliver excellent customer service in the Consumer Health OTC market. Deliver value add in products and services through continuous improvement techniques and focus on end-to-end quality management through the supply chain

Major Accountabilities:-
Customer Focused:
*Collaborative - Demand/Supply planning. Engage with customers within the Technical Operations business rhythm to enhance KPI performance
*Problem solving - Using fresh ideas to close gaps in supply to deliver against customer requirements to meet 99% Customer Service Levels (CSL)

Supplier Oriented:
*Working with suppliers to deliver against supply plans.
*Day-to-day management of supplier performance ensuring on-time in-full delivery against purchase orders
*Scheduling/prioritising order requirements across repackaging requirements
*Collaborative working - relationship management
*Driving the suppliers to identify and remove wastage in the supply chain to increase value across the supply network
*Understand and assist the stock reconciliation process at vendors

Tools and Techniques - development skills/techniques in the following tools:
*JDA - Supply Planning Software
*SAP - data management/order placement and updating
*BPC - demand management process tools
*OTDC - text and design change management processes
*Track Wise - deviation management tools and processes
*NPL - new product launch process
