THE JOB:

JOB DESCRIPTION

A vacancy exists on the Hawk Airframe Procurement team for releasing orders on BaaN for bought out subcontracted parts. Additionally, the role will entail analysing new orders loaded onto Hawk Procurement & movement from week to week of existing orders loaded onto BaaN. This role will require understanding and resolving with the various departments responsible the actions necessary to improve the stability of the order book on BaaN. Good communication skills and ability to liaise with various departments will be required, coupled with the mind-set to understand and resolve problems to root cause.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

- BaaN Literate
- Conversant with Problem Solving techniques to root cause.
- Responsibilities
- - To manage the Release of Production Orders on BaaN for all MFSUB item grouped parts.
- - Assessment of Macro Demand Movement for all Bought Out Airframe Parts procured for Hawk.
- - Assessment of Parts Loaded onto BaaN for Bought Out Airframe Parts to be procured for Hawk.
- The Individual
- The ideal candidate should possess good Microsoft Excel Skills and excellent BaaN system knowledge.
- It is essential that the candidate has good Communication, Team Working, Motivation and Problem Solving Skills.
