Supply Chain Manager - Six Sigma - Blackbelt

Supply Chain Manager - Lean six sigma Blackbelt - Scotstoun - 9 months - £31.70 an hour.

A Master Blackbelt or leading Blackbelt is required to deliver process and financial rigor across the transformation projects within the business programme. Working closely with senior leadership from across the organisation and functional stakeholders to ensure accurate assessment of benefit opportunity while raising operational performance across the organisation. Delivery is key, with culture and capability building through demonstrated successes towards delivering the Supply Chain vision.

A key part of the role is governance, communication and engagement with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment of expectation and project/business objectives.

Experience and skills required for this role:-
*Able to develop effective strategies for negotiating/collaboration with internal stakeholders.
*Application of lean tools
*IASSC Accredited Lean Sigma Master Black Belt(or certified Black Belt ready for a MBB role);
*Certified project management qualification (PRINCE2 or equivalent)
*Experience in continuous improvement management with a focus on strategic process design; technology and non-technology based process/project management experience
*Advanced analytical experience and skills in the identification and execution of process improvement initiatives with demonstrated with process methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and Business Process Management
*MBA or other relevant graduate degree;
