Introduction:
With your team you take care of the logistic concepts and processes around the production and distribution of our products. Together you work over different sites, aligning supply chain processes, ensuring availability of products worldwide for the Sales Regions and customers. You manage and develop a team of 35 SCM employees across companyn sites around the world.
You are a member of the global Manufacturing management team and report to the Global Executive Logistics.

Position's main tasks:
- Reviews demand forecasts, manufacturing forecasts and milestones to establish supply schedules and communicates requirements to involved parties in the supply chain.
- Monitors the supply chain performance to assess factors such as quality, costs and delivery performance. Defines and implements robust continuous improvement plans.
- Enables building mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers at multiple sites, resulting in an effective supply chain with avoidance of the need to constantly change suppliers. This to enhance quality, provide economies of scale and flexibility.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for SCM policy and process design and ensures its alignment with company wide policies of a similar nature and type.
- Responsible for relationship management, negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers. This to enhance quality, provide economies of scale and flexibility.
- Defines and implements ways to improve supply chain networks.

Needs to have:
- Master degree in industrial engineering or supply chain management.
- shows analytical skills in identifying the underlying problem and proposes solutions to solve strategic business objectives and resolves them.
- Excellent planning skills to forecast, review and revise supply requirements. Excellent ability to manage risks in complex situations.
