Supply Chain Management (SCM) Assistant (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Analyze and recommend optimization of data management and procurement processes  
- Bring structure and setup SCM processes towards other departments especially towards engineering 
- Support Category Managers to develop risk management reporting and gather needed data from group function and market
- Gather S&OP forecast data and based on this generate reliable supplier forecast
- Gather data and execute RFQ process and based on quotes generate overview for category managers
- Support category managers with cost break downs
- Technical documentation coordination with R&D and PE&Q
- ECN process handling from SCM portion
- SCMIS support and SAP maintenance

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Semi/mid professional or graduated with analyst/administrative SAP experience
- Familiar with SAP and basic computer skills
- Knowledge of Power BI, sorting data, ability to build up cockpits, analytics, some basic programming on basic standard tools
- Be proactive: you will help the SCM team as a support, to derive information, consolidate, simplify through program
- English and German language skills
