Supply Chain Management Analyst (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

-Ensure on-time delivery of all needed (prototype) materials for dedicated R&D projects
-Act as interface between different business functions (R&D, production, project management, SCM) and escalate when project schedule is at risk
-Monitor and track the status of the BOM
-Identify critical components (technical risk and/or availability risk) and trigger appropriate actions
-In collaboration with sourcing managers, ensure timely submission of supplier offers and maintenance of pricing in ERP
-Create purchase requisitions on behalf of project team
-In collaboration with buyers, track/ensure timely delivery of samples/zero series
-Ensure that that project managers (commercial and technical) have a clear status overview of data maintenance in ERP and material availability

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Degree in business administration or engineering
-Experience in SAP or other ERP system
-Excellent analytical capabilities
-Precise and structured personality
-Good communication skills
-Pro-active mindset
-Fluency in German and English
-Experience in industrial and/or railway sector is a benefit
