IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Organize and monitor temperature-controlled shipments, ensure on-time availability in warehouses in Europe and Canada as well as GDP requirements are met
-Create purchase orders for transportation and review transportation invoices
-Consolidation of KPI data from distribution partners in Europe and Canada
-Consolidation of return summary reports from distribution partners in Europe
-Organize and monitor destruction requests for finished goods with distribution centres
-Support month-end closing activities related to the supply chain including inventory reconciliation and listing of outstanding invoices
-Administrational tasks such as travel organisation, meeting scheduling and meeting minutes
-Ad hoc support in supply chain projects
-Maintain close collaboration with internal and external clients

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Bachelor's degree in Economics, Supply Chain Management or related field, or equivalent (e.g. KV)
-Profound experience ideally within a highly regulated Supply Chain such as Pharma/Medical Device or Food Industry
-Experience with GxP or SOX compliance is desirable
-View for the detail and affinity for numbers
-Proven records for the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a highly diversified cultural environment
-Strong communication skills in German and English are required; any additional European language (French, Spanish) is a plus
-Very solid knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
