The Transformation Programme is looking at all aspects of the business ensuring that the business is 'Fit for the future'
A critical part of the Transformation Programme is the review of the core Supply Chain processes/systems. This will include Supplier management, demand planning as well as supply chain/stock management. This Programme is at an early stage and so this is an exciting opportunity to deliver solutions which drive out the best processes and solutions to support the business in its current and future goals.
This role will need to work pro-actively and effectively with key business stakeholders as well as reporting progress to the Project/Programme Manager and escalating issues wherever appropriate.
- Business Analysis, process mapping, requirements definition on Supply Chain related projects within the Supply Chain programme
- Stakeholder interviews to determine current processes and future needs
- Running/facilitating workshops with business teams to drive out new thinking on business processes
- Market reviews for potential solution options
- Conducting or supporting RFI/RFP supplier evaluation processes
Defining new to be processes and solution approach/solution definition
YOU WILL NEED:
Knowledge of business analysis methodology and best practices for effective definition of current processes, new processes and to be requirements
Ability to operate and translate high level top down views and to distil at a more granular level of detail
Minimum 5 years experience of performing a BA role as a part of delivering IT projects - ideally some of which are supply chain (desirable)
Business Analysis, process mapping, requirements definition, defining required to be processes by working with the business to develop this
Stakeholder interviews to determine current processes and future needs
Running/facilitating workshops with business teams to drive out new thinking on business processes
Experience in a sector which offers some parallels to hospitality - eg: Retail, FMCG
Excellent stakeholder management skills and proven experience in dealing with business users at all levels
Proficient in techniques for streamlining business processes
Experience of working with 3rd party suppliers and internal/external Matrix relationships
Strong communication and influencing skills
Strong problem solving skills
Sound judgement and analytical skills. Methodical approach towards tackling tasks/challenges
