Supplier Quality Manager (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Act as window person with regard to all quality related tasks concerning the strategic supplier and sub-suppliers and develop the quality system of the strategic supplier and his sub-suppliers
-Assessment of the supplier's production processes, including checking of the related validation and revalidation documents
-Guaranty the measurement capability of all in-process-controls at the supplier
-Responsibility for process quality planning
-Document the current status of the manufacturing and quality processes and find fields of improvement
-Internal contact person for the complaint department, production and incoming inspection and also for the procurement and development department
-Create SCARs and follow-up issues with suppliers, and support the CAPA team regarding all supplier related issues
-Assist the change board in any supplier or product related changes
-Evaluate deviations in the incoming inspection and follow-up the issues (e.g. special releases)
-Perform material risk classification for all products if necessary

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Technical background
-Master or bachelor degree in engineering
-Experience as supplier quality manager
-Experience in the medical device business
-Experience in working in international teams
-Experience in high volume serial production
-Experience with injection moulding and assembly
-Fluency in English and German
