Supplier Contracts Manager

Our financial services client is currently recruiting for a Supplier Contracts Manager to join their transformation programme. The selected contractor will be responsible for contract and performance management of the multiple suppliers which are critical to the IT Delivery of the Programme.

If selected you will be responsible for
* Resourcing activities
* Tracking and Reporting against programme plans, cost and services level agreements
* Provide input into budget setting/financial proposals.
* Coordinating resource approval process
* Act as a point of contact between suppliers and the programme, building effective relationships
* Identify, define and manage/escalate risks and issues
* Challenge the status quo, maintaining a continuous improvement approach

To be considered for this role you should be able to demonstrate comprehensive experience managing supplier relationships, in particular scoping & negotiating supplier agreements.

Experience of Resource and Supplier Management gained within financial services would be preferred and knowledge of Commercial Finance (Invoice Discounting and Factoring) would be ideal.
