Supervisor

IMMEDIATE NEED .....EPC client needs a Construction Site Safety Specialist for a 3+ month project assignment in Central, FL near Gainesville. You need 5-10+ years of site safety experience supporting large, heavy industrial construction projects (ideal candidate has power plant construction safety experience). Mob, Demob, & per diem provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for monitoring site health & safety programs and ensuring that Company's personnel & Subcontractor's are adhering to these programs
- Review safety programs to ensure compliance with all government regulations and that all applicable reports are complete
- Responsible for tracking, ratings, and metrics for site safety program
- Develop a construction site safety audit program together with subcontractors
- Remain current with working knowledge and developments of applicable EPA, OSHA, state and local government requirements and programs

REQUIREMENTS

- 5-10+ years of experience as a Site Safety Specialist supporting heavy industrial construction projects (ideally power plant EPC projects)
- You need to have your OSHA 30 Hour, First Aid, & CPR training completed
- Our client prefers candidates that are located close to Central, FL but will provide a per diem for candidates not local
- Any Safety & Health certifications or degrees are considered a PLUS (GSP, ASP, or CSP designation)
