Summer Engineering Internship

This is an outstanding opportunity for an engineering college major or entry level engineering college graduate for our manufacturing facility in Hillsboro, NH.

As one of three Summer Engineering Interns at our Hillsboro Plant, you will assist with a variety of Automotive Lighting and Display Optic related projects. Responsibilities may include: Building prototype customer samples, testing of product to ensure USCAR and SAE performance requirements, data analysis, creating technical reports and preparing customer presentations.

The successful candidate will be exposed to a wide range of engineering tools, skill sets, and technologies that may include CAD design (Unigraphics, Solid Works), Minitab (Statistical), High Temperature Advanced Coatings, Halogen Forward Lighting, Auxiliary Lighting, and LED Lighting.

Duration of the internship is May through August 2013

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Enrolled in an Engineering or Science related program and able to work full time days

OR
- A recent Engineering or Science graduate (with a graduation date between 2012 and 2013)
- Available to work 40 hours per week for 3 months
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on Excel
- Strong computer aptitude
- Able to work independently - Strong technical written and verbal communication skills
