Our client has a full time vacancy for a Substance Misuse Nurse based in Yorkshire with a pay rate of £22-£24 per hour.
Duties - -Carrying out Care Plans, running therapy groups, managing client's medication, titration harm reduction advice and relapse prevention work.
-Co-ordinator to drug & alcohol rehabilitation programmes
-Performing Triage & Comprehensive Assessments (drug & alcohol) including risk assessments
REQUIREMENTS - All applicants must have a minimum of two years experience within a substance misuse setting.
