Subsea Pipeline Engineer

We are currently recruiting for a global Oil and Gas operator who is offering an excellent career opportunity for experienced Subsea Pipeline Engineers and specialists. The position of Subsea Pipeline Engineer offers a fantastic opportunity on a long-term contract basis with the potential for further extension, with a major Oil and Gas operator in Aberdeen on an excellent package.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the basic engineering study for subsea pipeline design and installation; and developing Scope of Work and tender related documents for subsea project execution. The role will lead and manage the defined scopes and contractor teams which are responsible for the technical execution of the project scope.

To be considered for this role, you will be able to demonstrate experience in the following:

*Strong knowledge of Pipeline design and installation/Subsea works/Diving
*Educated to degree level in engineering discipline (Chartered engineers preferred)
*Significant engineering & construction management experience (planning, cost control, contracting)
*Experience of successful pipeline installation projects in the Oil and Gas industry
