Subsea Installation Advisor - Pipeline

My client is currently in need of a Subsea Installation Advisor for a project based in Cumana, Venezuela. This is a long term contract opportunity for a large project $12MMM to $15MMM range. This pipe lay will be done in the first of four fields. This company is offering competitive hourly rates for the right candidate.

Key to project delivery will be installation analysis, reeling analysis, and installation procedures. This role will involve using his/her knowledge and experience with regards; safety of operations, installation methods, general management of work and application of best practice

The appropriate candidate will have the following.

20+ years of experience in the Subsea Industry

Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

Will take responsibility for delivery of a project pipe-lay work-scope

Pipeline laying experience is required

Spanish Fluency is a plus

Offshore medical and survival certificates are essential

Ability to confidently use typical PC work station software; MS Word, Excel, Projects

Candidate will have experience of subsea rigid pipe lay and understanding of the engineering processes and operations of pipe-lay vessels.

Will spend 3 weeks in Cumana and then 1 week in Houston. Typical working weeks are 40 hours in Houston and 50 hours in Cumana.
