CONSULTANT POSITION DESCRIPTION
THE CONSULTANT WILL BE PART OF THE PMO DEPARTMENT AND WILL REPORT TO HEAD OF IT PROJECT MANAGEMENT
JOB DESCRIPTION
THE CONSULTANT WILL BE PRIMARILY RESPONSIBILITY TO:
To act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the lead up to and during an RFI phase
- Participate in the requirements gathering and analysis phases
- Prepare material to be sent out to the vendors
- Review and Analyze the responses from the vendors
- Provide objective professional opinion on the best product based on responses and where feasible on own experiences
MANDATORY FIELDS
DESCRIPTION OF MANDATORY FIELDS
Strong background in PPM tooling, they do not necessarily need to know about all the tools out there but a good understanding of two or more PPM tools would be required
Experience of working with multiple stakeholders and requirements gathering and analyses
Experience in implementing PPM tool
