Working for an established organisation, the ideal candidate will be required to draft sub-contract terms and conditions of contract, for low complexity/catalogue items and on-site support activities. Main duties will include; project management, supplier evaluation & selection, scheduling, cost control, commercial, quality, engineering support and negotiations. The ideal candidate will be experienced in drafting and negotiating supplier contracts in particular 'terms and conditions'. You will have a degree in a business or legal discipline, ideally with MCIPS and/or IACCM qualifications or equivalent. Previous experience of working in a similar role within the defence, aerospace or maritime sector is desirable. Due to the nature of business, successful applications will be required to undergo UK Security Clearance.
