Student Tours Travel Consultant - Monday TO Friday

Due to continued successes and expansion, this specialist group tour operator who have been established for over 20 years are looking for a Student Tours Consultant to join its busy and dynamic team. This forward thinking travel company specialises in dealing with school & university groups travelling within Europe and long haul destinations.

Within this role, you will be account managing bookings, selling tours, negotiating rates and contracts with accommodation and transport suppliers and offering excellent standards of customer service. This exciting and varied role entails providing accurate and competitive quotes to schools around the country. The candidate should posses determination to succeed in a sales environment and must have school/universality tour or group travel selling experience. Strong time management skills are essential, with the ability to organise and prioritise a varied workload. The ability to provide the highest standard of customer service with a good attention to detail is required and competent of Microsoft Office with sound geographical knowledge.

Candidates with experience in selling school and/or university tours or group travel from a tour operator background will only be considered for this role. If you have a History Degree and can speak German, Spanish or French this is also an advantage.
