Structured Credit Trading Assistant is required at a leading global Tier 1 Bank who will be responsible for controlling P&L generation and ensuring the risk is captured accurately. The candidate will be working closely with Trading, Sales, Legal, Product Control and Operations departments making sure all trades are booked correctly into the trade booking systems. This is a contract opportunity paying a highly competitive daily rate in London.

Main responsibilities are:- - Possess excellent trade analysis on the companies risk systems for Correlation and Exotics products. These will be Bespoke CSO's, Index, Tranches, CDS and Exotics and hedging instruments.
- Must have analysis experience of Structured Derivative transactions such as Substitutions, Trading accounts, Credit Events, Unwinds and buy back of CLN's.
- Ensure calculations of structured notes rates fixing and coupons will be paid and other issuance of payment instructions completed
- Liaise with Product Control and risk management to explain daily P&L moves.
- Run the risk reconciliation, ensuring risk is accurate for the next business day.
- Managing the End-of-day unconfirmed and unmatched report, ensuring that all trades are confirmed.
- T+1 Reconciliation, ensuring that all T+1 reports are viewed and cleared
