Structural Fund Manager

I am looking to hire STRUCTURAL FUND MANAGER for one of my Public Sector Client. Please read the below job Specification

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

An agile and adept approach so that client's Structure Fund delivers pro-active funding to programmes which meet the Organisation's strategic objectives, Government policy objectives and structural changes in the industry. The manager is seen to be responsive to stakeholder's needs, whilst ensuring all funding has the desired outcome and impact in the industry

Ability to analyse a long-term project's prospects of success and anticipate any problems it might face, taking into account the wider research and policy context

Ability to handle multiple tasks and long-term projects

Results driven with exemplary planning and organizational skills, along with a high degree of detail orientation

Demonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse budgets, define problems, collect data and draw factual conclusions

Able to foster working relationships with members of the Construction community.

Able to communicate effectively with difference audiences

Outcome focused and proven ability to think strategically and plan, prioritise and organise a work to meet CITB's strategic objectives

Adaptability, Initiative

Experience in managing funding projects with a long life-span and delivering on outcomes
