*Co-ordinate streamlining projects across the programme - which covers several work streams - ensuring consistency in overall approach and oversight on risks and issues that are emerging.

*Analyse the programme's legislative and operational framework to identify which elements should be simplified/improved and mapping the process for implementing the simplification/improvement. Testing recommendations with stakeholders, both internal and external.

*Developing policy on how the Programme can be diversified, mapping implementation processes and delivering the required outcomes.

*Identifying and developing proposals to overcome barriers to market entry and operation, for both customers and the supply chain.

*Identifying and developing proposals to ensure simplicity and consistency in quality standards across a range of customer schemes.
