Experience required in a strategic sourcing requirement
Sourcing in a structured procurement environment

Understanding of T&C's
Desirables (not essential):
Regulated procurement environment, Utilities Regulation/EU directives
Experience of Ariba, Achillies
Experience in Metering, Engineering or Works contracts
