JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Will be leading the delivery of a highly complex project. 
Will require facilitating multi-disciplinary team. 
Will require ability to do process mapping to identify best practices. 
Will require project planning and clear tracking of progress, issues, risks, etc. 
Will be setting clear project objectives and defined deliverables for projects. 
Individual will need to be a systems thinker, demonstrate initiative, and exert influence. 
Able to construct and de-construct processes, utilize internal/external benchmarking in driving change. 
Must be experience at Project planning/coordination, analysis, facilitation, communications and follow through. 
Communicates to an executive sponsor committee, creates project status reports utilizing a dashboard or other appropriate tools. 
Will be interfacing effectively with multiple functional levels, including both regional and local stakeholders. 

REQUIRED SKILLS: 

- EXCELLENT PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE, LOOKING FOR NON-IT BACKGROUND.
- EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION.
- CLINICAL OR HEALTH CARE EXPERIENCE.
- BUSINESS AND OPERATIONAL EXPERIENCE
- BA OR BS REQUIRED
- Proven leadership skills in project management and consulting. Must exhibit efficiency, collaboration, candor, openness, and results orientation. 
- Must have experience in facilitating mid-large multi-disciplinary teams and project planning. 

Must have excellent analytical skills  - Requires excellent Oral and Written communication skills as well as business presentation skills. 
- Prior experience working with physicians highly preferred.
