WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Defines requirements and implements second phase features for CRM and Market.
- Manages Market promotional activities for BTS and NAT portfolios for North America Marketing
- Supports trade show and event administration for North America commercial team
- Develops programs and materials to drive sales and profitability for account managers and commercial marketing associates Improves internal BTS and NAT processes and accuracies of account data
- Develops RFI/RFP repository and provides in-house GPO and IDN support
- Provides regular project updates throughout the organization to support commercial efforts.
- Clearly defines project scopes, deliverables and timelines using standard project management methodologies
- Collaborates with regional commercial marketing teams to identify tools that enhances sales processes
- Collaborates with management to develop sales tools that support the commercial regions Produces and distributes regular and ad-hoc progress/status reports and management dashboard
- Support sales by developing RFI/RFP repository, providing sales tools, VIP/KOL interactions, commercial training and of forecasting of key products for North America
- Specify deliverables related to product development, launch planning, new product launch, and post launch support of the Immunohematology portfolio Department
- Meets/exceeds sales targets for the Americas Commercial area Department meets budget annually Department meets/exceeds annual objectives
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- S. in Life Sciences or Marketing, MBA preferred
- Healthcare/Diagnostics experience preferred
- Detail oriented with strong analytical methodologies
- Ability to accurately forecast and perform data analysis
- Financial acumen Demonstrate knowledge of IH and NAT market
- Prior experience working in sales/marketing, and development of sales/marketing tools
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate professionally with internal and external customers
- Demonstrate high level of organizational, communication, and leadership skills to effectively interface with all levels of the organization and key diagnostic partners
- Resourceful and able to work in a collaborative team environment with minimal supervision
- Demonstrate knowledge of CRM implementation and integration
- Self-starter with demonstrated success in handling multiple projects, competing priorities and the ability to learn quickly while applying new concepts and tools
- Works well in a team oriented environment
