STORAGE SPECIALIST (TSM/SAN) - BRUSSELS, BELGIUM - ENGLISH SPEAKING

(STORAGE ENGINEER, STORAGE CONSULTANT, STORAGE SUPPORT CONSULTANT, STORAGE SUPPORT ENGINEER, TIVOLI STORAGE MANAGER, SVC, NETAPP, NET APP, NET-APP, NET/APP, LUN)

One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Storage Engineer.

PLEASE FIND SOME DETAILS BELOW:

1. TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM)

o Experience in maintaining and problem solving on TSM Servers
- IBM's Enterprise Storage Subsystems

o Experience with DS8000, DS6000, DS5/4/3000 and SAN Volume Controller (SVC)
o Good knowledge in LUN assignments, LUN mapping and masking
- SAN (Brocade 48000, DCX)

o experience with SAN fabrics, preferably with Brocade products
o experience with SAN zoning and port configurations
- Excellent knowledge about AIX (network, LVM skills, ...), advanced Linux Skills
- In depth knowledge of Netapp
- Advanced knowledge of XIV

2. OTHER SKILLS
- Client oriented
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to assess risks and criticality of issues to appropriately prioritize activities
- Good communication skills
- Being a team player
- Fluent in English, both writing and speaking. Good knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
- Very mature in taking ownership and in showing dedication
