STE 02 Auditor/Reviewer Required

I am looking for a number of STE02 Reviewers and Auditors to work on a 3-6 month contract in Yorkshire.

The Reviewers/Auditors will be responsible for reviewing and engineering judgement of recommendation given to Network Rail at the last Visual/Detailed examination and identifying Partially Hidden Elements on a structure.

Key Accountabilities include:

Undertake the reviewing of examination reports, including risk scoring and recommendations.
Checking that recommendations was undertaken by Network Rail.
Identifying Partially Hidden Elements on a structure.
Work as a member of a central CEFA Reviewing Engineer pool to maximise resource utilisation and alleviate peak and backlog issues nationally.
Escalating issues with recommendation to PM and NR using Urgent Defect Reporting system.
Compliance with QA procedures.

Qualifications/Knowledge and Skills:

Computer literate/knowledge of Microsoft Office suite especially MS Access and MS Excel.
STE02 experienced reviewer and SCMI certified (NR approved course)
Knowledge and understanding of the technical specification/standards for the CEFA requirements
Demonstable industry experience in structures examination, maintenance or assessment.
