Stationary Engineer Job

STATIONARY ENGINEER needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in between Aurora and Arlington Heights, Illinois.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Covering 2 facilities, 1 in Aurora and the other in Arlington Heights, IL, each which are approximately 50,000 square feet
- Troubleshooting a wide range of equipment and performing preventative maintenance
- Responsible for all HVAC, plumbing, electrical and automation systems

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Mechanical and Electrical problem solving abilities in a commercial or industrial facility
- Ability to understand and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
- Strong maintenance aptitude capable of diagnosing and repairing a variety of issues
- Recent experience in a Stationary Engineer position
- Highly reliable transportation
- Client-facing personality capable of interfacing with tenants to resolve issues or concerns
- Understanding of all standard, daily operations within a commercial building, including, but not limited to familiarity with air conditioning systems, generators, motors, power, lighting and circuit breakers

- Stationary Engineer's License
