You will be responsible for helping with internal processes, such as coordinating new PC rollouts, guiding new starters and transfers into Trading, assisting in managing the support ticket queue and document preparation/knowledge management. The ideal candidate will have a previous background as a Staff Movement Co-coordinator with previous experience of on-boarding new starters in a large organization, IT support (Windows 7/Vista technical skills), call-logging systems and creating/managing documentation.
