Staff Analyst Job

STAFF ANALYST is needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in MUKILTEO, WA.

- Leads the development, planning and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives. Partners with organization leaders on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Reviews and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies implementation recommendations.
- Provides continuous assessment of overall meeting/review architecture.
- Analyzes and summarizes data used in the development and proposal of organizational direction (eg, budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs).
- Develops executive level briefings. Leads the design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.
- Leads the development and maintenance of the project schedule and budget; monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status.
- Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements.
- Leads the development and deployment of training content.
- Collaborates with subject matter experts, suppliers, partners and customers to deploy broad organizational training.
- Uses large linked PowerPoint files through Servers and SharePoint to communicate progress to plans.
- Excel spreadsheet skills are applied to collect progress to plan, analyze efficiencies and check data accuracy.
- Integrate replans; examples include: budgets to staffing plans and organization charts; schedule changes to budget updates.
- Use technology to create effective meetings with remote participants in various time zones.
- Work together and be resilient in meeting challenges.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's degree and typically ten (10) or more years related work experience, a Master's degree and typically eight (8) or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
