SITE SELECTION OFFICE MOBILE ANALYST
For our customer we are looking for a Site Selection Office Mobile Analyst
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The consultant will be part of a team called Site Selection Office Mobile (SSO Mobile). The team consists of 6 persons and the mandate for the team is to make the site selections for Telenor's Roll Out for UMTS and LTE.
This consultant will be made available for the project called UMTS900 in City, where he/she will work as a assisting project manager with the responsibility for a sub-project. The sub project will have responsibility for scope definition and scope management.
Scope definition is to work together with Development and Planning to make an initial plan (site set) for the restructuring of GSM900 and deployment of U900. Scope management is to keep track of changes when plan is set in production, and make sure necessary clarifications are made when bigger changes occur. Use of feedback from the later steps in the value chain to tune the criteria for scope definition will be an important part of the job.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Experience as Project Manager/Assisting Project Manager
- Experience from RAN planning/roll out
- Educational level: Masters degree. Could be compensated with relevant experience
- Able to read and understand Norwegian
- Fluency in spoken and written English
PREFERRED SKILLS:
The candidate will need to work together with people for several different areas of expertise, so it is important with good people skills and the ability to discover and evaluate dependencies across disciplines.
Start: Start date as soon as possible.
Duration: Estimated end date 31. December 2014 with optional extension to
31. December 2015.
Location: Fornebu.
Workload: 100%
Hours per week 37,5.
