SSIS/ETL Developer (2+ Years)

Our Dunwoody client is seeking a SSIS/ETL developer.

The resource will work with Subject Matter Experts and Technical Leads to design, develop, test, and implement MS SQL solutions in a fast paced agile environment.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

- Design, develop, test, and implement enterprise-level data integration and data transformation solutions using Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
- Design, develop, test, and implement stored procedures using Microsoft T-SQL
- Participate in technical design sessions
- Implement technical solutions to meet business requirements
- Clear and effective communication

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

- Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server 2005, 2008
- Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
- Proficiency with high volume extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) throughput techniques.
- Strong knowledge of best practices for standard relational databases
- Extensive experience with T-SQL
- Experience working in an Agile (SCRUM) team framework
- Clear and effective communication
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative team
- Familiarity with FTP and PGP Encryption a definite plus

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

- A four year degree in a computer related field of study, or an equivalent amount of experience.
