SQL SERVER DBA WITH SECURITY CLEARANCE - 12 MONTH PROJECT - THE HAGUE, NETHERLANDS - SQL SERVER DBA

LONG TERM 12 MONTH PROJECT BASED ON HIGHLY PRESTIGIOUS SITE FOR WHICH SECURITY CLEARANCE IS ESSENTIAL.

SQL SERVER 2005 SQL SERVER 2008 AND IDEALLY SQL SERVER 2012

YOU MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN EUROPE WITHOUT ANY VISA OR RESTRICTION

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

-         Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and 2008
-         Knowledge of Database Systems and Datamodelling
-         Knowledge of core data centre technologies
-         Work experience (>5 years) of all database administration tasks, including monitoring and capacity planning.
-         Work experience (>5 years) of database design activities like Datamodelling and creation of stored procedures.
-         Knowledge and experience (>5 years) with MS Windows Server 2003 and 2008.
-         Excellent English communication skills (eg B2)
-         Minimum relevant work experience of 5 years or more.

DESIRABLE

-         Experience with SQL Server 2012
-         Experience with High Availability, Disaster Recovery, clustering, replication
-         Experience with performance optimization and troubleshooting in a virtualized environment
-         Experience with automation of database operations tasks
