My client is a leading Insurance company looking for an exceptional SQL Server BI Analyst Developer to contribute to projects for technical enhancements and functional changes. Due to expansion the successful SQL Server BI Analyst Developer you will be joining a team of highly motivated professionals who take pride in the quality of their output and this will be expected to be continued.

As a SQL Server BI Analyst Developer for a leading you will be hands-on BI Developer and develop reports and cubes as well as mentoring and leading a team of more inexperienced developers.

ESSENTIALS

-Strong SQL Server 2005 / 2008 ideally R2 development experience
-SSRS and SSAS.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Ability to lead and transfer knowledge to more inexperienced developers.
-Experience of Financial Services would be highly desirable.
-Knowledge of Oracle would be beneficial.

BENEFICIAL
-Previous experience with the Insurance industry ideally underwriting or Lloyds of London Market. However, the client will entertain Life and Pensions or General Insurance too.
