RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Function as a SQL 2012 Expert
- Responsible for performance and architecture related to platform redundancy.
- Accelerate a successful transition to SQL 2012 and to implement a more database architecture that provides improved performance, stability, and security.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- SQL Server Architecture, configuration and performance tuning expertise
- Must have experience with mirroring, data replication, always on, 2012
