An excellent senior level position has opened up within one of Manchester's largest employers of SQL Database specialists. This role is to manage a large team of SQL developers, and would be a balance of project planning, man management and (initially) some hands-on development work. The ideal candidate will come from a development background and will have strong T-SQL experience, but will have spent recent positions employed as a team lead or team manager. Above all, excellent communication skills are a must and paying out an average of over 20% for the last 5 years).
