SQL Developer

Our client is a market leader with a strong presence both Australia wide and globally. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an excellent environment in the Banking and Finance sector.We are seeking an SQL Developer who is able to hit the ground running in this 3 month contract. You will be remediating the stored procedures code, supporting application processes and Data Transformation Service packages for RADA Reporting from Microsoft SQL Server 2000 to 2008 R2.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- Proficient in your knowledge of Transact SQL used by Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2
- Have advanced knowledge of Transact SQL used by Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of SSIS
- Knowledge of Data Transformation Services from Microsoft SQL Server 2000
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Fantastic interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- An excellent communicator both written and verbally
- Ability to work well autonomously as well as within a team

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:

- Knowledge of XML output generation from Transact SQL
- Experience working in the Banking and Finance sector
- Formal qualifications in IT or related field
