SQL DBA - SQL Server 2008/2012
We are looking for an experienced SQL DBA that can hit the ground running. You must have 5 years + experience in SQL Server 2008 DBA with mandatory 1 year experience in SQL Server 2012 DBA.
You will reform the following tasks -
- Installation, configuration, upgrade, and migration
- Backup and recovery
- Database security
- Storage and capacity planning
- Troubleshooting
- Replicating Data
- Running Jobs
- Maintaining Servers and Databases
- Managing SQL Server-based Applications
- Basic skills in Data Modeling and Database Design
Performance monitoring and tuning
- Scripting
- Indexing
- Auditing
- Usage of best practice tools (eg Ola Hallengren scripts)
