Our software house client needs a live server DBA to operate on 3-6 month contract.

Ideally you will have:
Xpath,
XQuery,
XML experience,
SSRS (some SSIS, SSAS useful)

We want someone who is quite hands on with live servers and production servers, can do performance tuning, migration issues etc.

XML queries, reporting services and so on are necessary.

It would be useful if you had SQL 2008 R2 = not essential, but helpful.
