SQL Database Adminstrator

Our client is a leading specialist supplier within their industry.
They are currently recruiting for a SQL DBA for a duration of 3-6 months (approx).

The main responsibilities are:

To maintain the company's business management tools operating on SQL Server databases. Tools include financial reporting, project management of contracts, purchasing and CRM.
To develop and maintain SQL Server reporting services reports associated with the business management tools.
To liaise with user departments (including overseas users) to ensure that business management tools meet the company's needs.

Position requirements:

Computing degree or similar preferred but not essential.

Experienced with SQL Server DBA, SSRS.

Web development experience with ASP net Visual Studio and VB Net.

Familiarity with Microsoft CRM, Sharepoint and other business Microsoft management tools.
A diligent and methodical approach to database management and associated tasks.
A working knowledge of business logic.
Good communication skills.
A co-operative attitude with colleagues.
