SQL and Business Objects reporting Analyst/Developer - Finance-£400-£500pd-Central London

My client a leading investment bank are looking for a Reporting Analyst/ Developer to own (design, develop and maintain) reporting solutions for key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

*Compile and maintain detailed data dictionaries & Logical and Physical Data Models
*Engage with business users for gathering business requirements.
*Writing and maintaining report/cube specification documents.
*Develop, maintain and enhance SSAS solutions around Financial Control, Regulatory and Credit Reporting off Everest Warehouse.
*Develop, maintain and enhance Business Objects / SSRS reporting for IT, Financial Control, Regulatory and Credit reporting.

Core Skills and Knowledge

* SQL Server 2008 (Database, SSAS, SSRS) - mainly from reporting services perspective to develop and present reports to end users.
* ETL Technologies could help to investigate troubleshooting and debugging
*Handling mixture of complex data (e.g. Commercial Lending, Retail Mortgages, Trading & Treasury instruments, Asset Finance, etc.) from a credit, finance and regulatory reporting point of view.
*Business Objects XI (Designer, Reporter, Supervisor, Web intelligence)
*Experience of Universe design and Report development with publication and access rights.
*Knowledge of all MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.
*Microsoft SharePoint
