To maximize shareholder returns through cost effective active customer volume management and yield optimisation in our digital Sportsbook
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the daily management of the retention activity to Sportsbook customers
- Responsible for the daily management of the activity to cross sell customers from the digital sportsbook into other products
- Manage and develop a highly capable team including professional and highly skilled direct reports
- Develop ongoing strategies and an annual calendar to continually test promotions and media in order to maximize consumer LTV
- Provide leadership and liaison with the senior management team from a customer/customer segment and education perspective
- Define and govern the customer contact and channel strategy and facilitate the migration of customers to new channels and products as they become available.
- Understand industry standards and developments and develop key performance indicators for all CRM initiatives.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure measurement, tracking plans and analysis are functioning across all channels.
- Working with teams from other products, lead the development of actionable customer target groups that inform CRM strategy. Continue to refresh and refine modelling that will enable effective marketing strategies.
- Manage growth and overall health of consumer database.

QUALIFICATION
Educated to Degree level, or equivalent experience
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5 years experience in a senior digital sportsbook CRM role
- Commercially driven with particularly emphasis on marketing and brand building
- Very good knowledge of Sportsbook products
