Projektbeschreibung

In diesem anspruchsvollem Projekt sind Sie verantwortlich für die Vorbereitung des weltweiten Rollouts von Office 2010 unter Windows 7 und der damit verbundenen Migration von Office 2003 unter Windows XP 32/64 Bit nach Office 2010 unter Windows 7 64 Bit.

AUFGABEN / RESPONSIBILITIES:

SCOPE MANAGEMENT: Creation and maintenance of all project relevant documents

SCHEDULE MANAGEMENT: If necessary, planning of project phases and controlling of progress by using respective reports and KPIs.

RISK MANAGEMENT: Add all upcoming risks to the project risk management in agreement with the project lead

ISSUE MANAGEMENT: Add all upcoming issues to the project issue management in agreement with the project lead

VENDOR MANAGEMENT: Identify and manage possible Office 2010 migration vendors and setup of migration centers according to the project needs and in agreement with the project lead.

PROJECT COMMUNICATION: Setup/enhance current Office 2010 migration communication and FAQ by using MS SharePoint and Social Media tools. Act as SPOC for all upcoming Office 2010 migration topics. Be able to answer all upcoming questions concerning migration from Office 2003 to Office 2010. Take part in project and management meetings as requested by project lead. Act as a competence center.

PROJECT REPORTING: Create target group oriented project reports.

TEST MANAGEMENT: If necessary, performing and controlling of test issues.

CUTOVER MANAGEMENT: If necessary, develop/create/report cutover planning for critical migration applications

MIGRATION OF OFFICE APPLICATIONS: If necessary, migration of Access- and Excel-Applications

ANFORDERUNGEN / REQUIREMENTS:

TECHNOLOGY KNOW HOW: Deep knowledge in how to do a migration of Office 2003 applications based on Windows XP (32/64 bit) to Office 2010 based on Windows 7 (64 bit)

TOOL KNOWLEDGE: e.g. Office Migration Planning Manager (OMPM) 2010. Being able to use and explain tools like this. Knowledge of respective hardware requirements. Being able to setup and use such tools.
