Description:
PRN - Days
Evaluates communicative disorders and swallowing disorders; develops and implements plan of care for pediatric through adult population.
Exercises courtesy and patience in speaking with and assisting patients, families, and others.
Completes quality evaluation report including finctional treatment plans, progress notes, and other required paperwork.
Compliance with federal and state regualtions, professional guidelines, and code of ethics for the profession.
Requirements:
Masters Degree in Speech Pathology.
Certificate of Clinical Competence of the American Speech and Language Hearing Association.
Ability to perform speech, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations and treatment with knowledge of developmental stages of the human life cycle.
Home Care experience preferred
