I am currently recruiting for an international bank with outstanding reputation, located in Zurich, for a niche-professional:

Specialist Document Management System

Your tasks will be:

- Responsibility for the 3rd level support, operation and administration of the International DMS system Hyper Suite.
- Recording, analysis and prioritization of business requirements with front-office manager and other stakeholders
- Support the IT project management on technical issues
- Planning and coordination of further rollouts in international locations

Requirements

- Knowledge in Hyper Suite or Kodak Capture Pro would be an asset
- Very good knowledge of Oracle databases
- Very good knowledge of Linux and Windows servers
- Basic knowledge of application server (Glassfish / JBoss)
- Communicative person with a keen interest in new challenges
- Organizational skills and strong quality and customer orientation
- Motivated, team-oriented and able to work independently
- Clean and safety-oriented working methods
- Excellent German and English language skills
