Specialist

A Fortune 500 energy company is currently seeking 2 Human Performance Specialists responsible for support of online and outage Human Performance initiatives for Robinson Nuclear Plant in Hartsville, SC. These projects are scheduled to last 10 months, with the possibility of extension. Per diem and mobilization / demobilization will be available for qualified candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES

- Observation trending
- Field observations and coaching for behaviors
- Facilitate Human Performance Review Boards
- Meeting preparations and presentations
- Ownership and preparation of outage observation teams

REQUIREMENTS

- Experience with Human Performance Program or related area of expertise
- Project Management background
- Previous Craft Supervision experience a plus
- Comfortable providing constructive coaching and feedback
