A Fortune 500 energy company is currently seeking a Performance Improvement Coordinator to conduct trending and analysis of organizations historical performance at Robinson Nuclear Plant in Hartsville, SC. This project is scheduled to last 1 year, with the possibility of extension. Per diem and mobilization / demobilization will be available for qualified candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensure quality and completeness of the organization's investigation and corrective action assignments
- Conduct processing of Performance Improvement related assignments for disposition

REQUIREMENTS

- At least 5 to 7 years of job related commercial nuclear experience
- Previous training in Root Cause / Common Cause Analysis
- A two year degree, four year Bachelor's Degree or SRO License or Certification is preferred. Four years of like-work experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree, or combination of education and like-work experience totaling 9+ years
- Experience with INDUS Passport and Business Objects software desired
