Speaking French or Dutch Weblogic Admnistrator

Proteus Europe is searching for a Weblogic Administrator speaking French or Dutch available to work in a long term contract for one of our clients in Belgium.

Your New role:-

- Administration and hosting of a JEE Weblogic infrastructure et son hébergement
- Configuration, exploitation, control and management of incidents
- Support Level 2 (Ticketing - Atlassian Jira and ITIL practices)
- Documentation of procedures. Management of improvement and participation to internal projects
- You will be in close relationship with the architecture team

Function

- Installation and configuration of proposed Oracle products (Weblogic Server Entreprise Edition and Oracle Forms and Reports)
- Configuration of Web Tier on Enterprise Manager
- Setting up of WebLogic architecture with creation and configuration of WebLogic clusters and test of high availabilitys functions, sharing of load balancing
- Integration of WebLogic deployment on the solution selected by the customer
- Training and knowledge transfer

Your Skills and experience:-

Essential Skills:-
Technical skills
Knowledge and expertise in
- WebLogic Server Entreprise (Environnement PROD AIX 7.1)
- Forms et Reports (Environnement PROD AIX 7.1)

Mandatory: 5 years experience in Weblogic amin and Oracle Forms/reports

Technical background
- Min 5 years experience in a similar function
- IT Degree (Mater) or equivalent by experience
- Oracle Weblogic Server 10.0/10.3/11g administration
- ITIL Foundation v. 3 is an asset

Expertise
In-depth knowledge of functions and ITIL processes (Service Desk, incident management, problem management, change management).

Technical expertise
- Proven knowledge of Oracle WebLogic administration
- Experience and good understanding of Java EE (JEE, JSP, Servlets, EJB, JMS, ...) is mandatory
- Experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g administration as OSB or SOA will be considered as major assets.
- Experience with different administration methods (WLST/Oracle Management Server) will also be considered as assets
- Proven experience of infrastructure services based on UNIX (processing, control, scripts Shell, Perl, ...)
- Proven experience in programming language Java
