Spares Analyst Job

SPARES ANALYST- REVERSE LOGISTICS needed for a CONTRACT job opportunity with Yoh's client located in PALO ALTO, CA.

- ORACLE OR SAP

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Order spare parts required for repair centers
- Balance inventory in all repair centers
- Communicate with factory on replacement of spare parts with quality issues
- Perform data analysis for scrapping spare parts
- Perform Product End of Life/Last Time Buy analysis and order required quantities or identify substitution models and plan quantities for inventory warranty support
- Fulfill miscellaneous orders for Customer and for invoice
- Analyze past initial orders and the non-usage of parts to reduce quantities of initial orders
- Arrange shipments from Distribution Center
- Schedule Pickups and Deliveries of spare part scraps to Recycling facility

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- One - three (1-3) years solid hands on experience with Oracle.
- Solid experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Good experience with MS Excel formulas
- Previous experience working interfacing with clients and vendors
- Supply Chain experience is helpful
- Ability to follow established processes
- Experience working with global companies
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Wiliness to learn
