Sox Compliance Project Lead

Yoh has a ten (10) month contract opportunity for a SOX COMPLIANCE PROJECT LEAD to join our client in Mount Laurel, NJ.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with ERP/CRM workstream leads to develop control points during blueprinting of new systems. Document and test control points in system. Perform gap analysis between current controls and "to be" controls.
- Familiarity in a SOX 404 and 302 implementation program and supported ongoing compliance or audit experience
- Document key controls impacting financial reporting from beginning of a process until its completion
- Develop test plans based upon documentation created and performing tests of key controls.
- Perform analysis of the internal control environment based upon interviews, documentation, walk throughs and test performed to determine whether the design of internal control is adequate, and if the control environment is effective.

Job Qualifications:
- Six to eight (6-8) years of business experience is required, with experience in Internal Audit or Public Accounting is preferred
- Superior analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to multi-task
- Strong and leadership skills for planning, organizing and communicating
- Strong ability to multi task and adjust in a quick paced environment
- SOX compliance experience
- BROAD RANGE OF SOX TESTING EXPERIENCE. SOMEONE WHO CAN HANDLE THE DETAILS AND WON'T MIND DOING THE FOLLOW UP REQUIRED FOR SOX TESTING.

Preferred Job Skills/Experience/Knowledge:
- CPA is preferred
