Sourcing Specialist Procurement (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Proactively support the development, digitalization and streamlining of the Source to Contract Supply Chain processes and take ownership for selected parts for the processes
- Be part of Agile transformation projects and support selected sub work-streams for our client across several procurement categories
- Work with business stakeholders from our client’s Supply Chain as well as from other functions e.g. Legal, Risk functions to define business requirements for process improvements
- Collaborate with various teams as well as with IT technical analysts, both onshore and offshore, to support designs of processes and change requests, development of functional specifications based on the requirements and test the requirements
- Implement ideas of improvement with an innovative approach and support design and implementation of selected improvements

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience in business analyst or process design/ optimization roles in Sourcing and Procurement, and/or Consulting
- A first class graduate degree preferably in Commerce, Business Administration or Banking and Financial services, or Computer Science or Engineering from a reputed institute.
- Basic knowhow of IT Sourcing and Procurement processes and platforms (SAP Ariba modules), as well as bespoke solutions
- Experience in supporting process transformation and implementation projects, preferably in Sourcing and Procurement in Finance Industry
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple deliverables.
- Profound in English and other languages
